Minton parian basketweave jar and cover

A Minton Parian jar and cover moulded in the form of a wicker basket with wicker handle. The inside of the jar and lid are both glazed. The base is marked 'Minton',  the number 1506 and possibly the date code for 1870 although this is hard to read.  Height 14.5 cm (5.7") including lid.

Condition. This jar and cover are in very good condition. There is one small chip to the foot and two very small chips at the rim of the jar. No other damage.
