A Parian bust of a classical woman

A striking bust of a lady  in beautifully draped classical dress, her long hair in ringlets. Unmarked but probably by Robinson & Leadbeater. This bust is illustrated on p119 in the R & L photographic archive dating from the 1880s.

The socle is attached to the bust with slip.

Condition Tiny indent on left side; a few black kiln spots to rear; otherwise excellent.
